But delivering that experience across dozens or thousands of rooms, screens and endpoints isn’t simple. Properties are managing more content sources, more devices and higher expectations than ever, often with infrastructure that wasn’t built for the job.
That’s where ATX comes in. We build the headends, gateways, receivers, encoders and management platforms that connect content to its destination reliably, securely and with the accountability that commercial operations require.
Our platforms — Visium and XDS — turn that infrastructure into a foundation operators can build on. Visium powers commercial video distribution across hotels, senior living communities, healthcare campuses and multi-unit properties, with DVIS handling local channel insertion for bulk accounts — lobby feeds, community channels and other locally generated content dropped straight into the lineup. XDS brings that same standard of accountable, scalable delivery to radio broadcast and ad insertion.

Business video:
Any property, any scale
Visium is ATX’s end-to-end managed video system for commercial environments. It handles everything from signal ingest at your property headend to content delivery at each screen, with centralized management, content security and application-layer capabilities residential systems can’t match.
If you’re a video provider, Visium becomes part of the commercial services offering you bring to your customers. The platform serves environments from a two-screen sports bar to a five-thousand-room hotel — the same architecture, scaled to fit whatever you’re running.
The complete end-to-end managed video system — Visium Manager, gateways, Set-Back Box and application layer. Deployed in partnership with video providers for commercial properties of any size.
Visium MD Mini and Visium MD8/16 gateways ingest content from satellite, ABR streaming and IP multicast sources and distribute it across the property. Fixed-configuration for smaller venues, modular blade chassis for larger deployments.
Secure, cost-efficient video delivery to MDUs, hotels and hospitality venues. Takes in cable and IP content, and can re-encrypt to Pro:Idiom if needed, with QAM, NTSC or IP output to suit the property.
The Visium Set-Back Box delivers encrypted content, interactive program guide and centralized control to any television. Visium View extends this to a fully managed in-room experience with per-room personalization.
At the edge of every distribution network is a moment where locally produced content meets the main channel lineup — a property information channel in your hotel, a community feed in your MDU or a local broadcast channel injected into your cable plant. ATX builds the encoding and insertion equipment that makes that moment work.
Edge encoder and Enhanced Origin Server for local channel insertion across QAM and IP environments simultaneously. Purpose-built for MDUs, senior living, hospitality and enterprise campuses navigating the QAM-to-IP transition. Managed through Visium Manager.
Modular HD encoder and modulation system for up to eight channels in a single 1RU chassis. Simultaneous QAM RF and IP output. Field-swappable encoder and output modules for HDMI, component, HD-SDI, QAM, ISDB-T and ISDB-Tb environments.
Single-channel HD IP encoder for source-side encoding. Takes a baseband video input — HDMI, component, or composite — and outputs a standards-based IP multicast or unicast stream. Compact, self-contained, designed to be installed and left alone.
Radio & Audio:
From headend to air
XDS is ATX’s end-to-end audio distribution, content management, and monitoring system for radio broadcast networks. It’s built around one core job: getting the right ad to play in the right break at the right station, automatically, across your entire network, with verified playout records for every spot at every station.
If you’re a radio network operator, XDS gives you what you need to distribute live and pre-recorded programming over satellite or IP, manage localized content at each affiliate, and produce verified affidavits your advertisers can rely on. It’s the platform behind radio networks running thousands of affiliate stations, from regional broadcasters to international broadcast organizations.
Encodes audio from live or pre-recorded sources and distributes it to affiliate stations over satellite or IP. The modular chassis scales from 4 to 80 channels and supports simultaneous satellite and IP output during your transition period.
Web-based software that schedules programming and triggers localized ad insertion at each station. It manages copy split, store & forward and delivery confirmation and produces as-played logs and verification affidavits for advertisers.
The station-end device. It receives the network feed via satellite or IP, decodes it, plays localized content at the right moment and interfaces with station automation systems. Available in 1-channel (PRO1S) and 4-channel (PRO4S) configurations.
